Sexual Misconduct Policy

The Rensselaerville Presbyterian Church’s sexual misconduct policy establishes the procedures to be followed in investigating and resolving instances where sexual misconduct is alleged to have occurred.

The policy applies to paid and volunteer clergy and staff, officers (the Session), church members and those using church property to engage in any form of sexual misconduct, including sexual harassment and abuse as defined by the policy.
